If Pro, the 30-day pass or Teams isn't what you expected, email support@cellready.app within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. No reason needed.
Monthly renewals aren't refunded, but you can cancel any time from the Billing link and you'll keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. If you forgot to cancel and haven't used the site since the renewal, email us within 7 days and we'll usually refund it.
The pass is refundable within 7 days of purchase under the first-purchase rule above. After that it runs its 30 days and ends. It never auto-renews.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe, within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
If something is broken and stops you using what you paid for, tell us. We'll fix it or refund the affected time.
