Terms of Service

1. The service

CellReady is a website for practicing spreadsheet skills and for creating skills tests. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

2. Accounts

You sign in with an email link. Keep your email account secure; anyone with access to it can access your CellReady account. You must be at least 13 to use CellReady, and at least 18 to buy a plan.

3. Plans and payment

• Free accounts get the free exercises and up to three test links.
• Pro is billed monthly at the price shown at checkout and renews until you cancel. Cancel any time from the Billing link; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• The 30-day pass is a one-time payment for 30 days of Pro access. It does not renew.
• Teams is billed monthly and includes unlimited test links and results.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't store your card details. Prices are in US dollars and may change with notice; changes don't affect a period you've already paid for.

Our refund policy is part of these terms.

4. Acceptable use

Don't share accounts, scrape the site, attempt to bypass paid features, or use test links to collect information from people without telling them what it's for. If you create a test for candidates, students or staff, you're responsible for how you use their results and for complying with employment and privacy law that applies to you.

5. Content and accuracy

Exercises and guidance are for practice. We don't guarantee they match any specific employer's test, and we're not affiliated with Microsoft, Google, Indeed, IBM Kenexa, LinkedIn or any test provider named on the site. Passing our exercises doesn't guarantee passing anyone else's test.

6. Your data

How we handle personal information is described in the privacy policy. You can delete your account and data by emailing us.

7. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or stop any part of the service. We'll try to give notice for changes that affect paid features. The service is provided as is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect losses such as lost job opportunities or lost profits.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Berks County, Pennsylvania.
